PHILOSOPHY
Our Approach
What separates outcomes is not what is done, but how it is done.
- DEPTHDepth
- We meet weekly to review amendments to the tax code and shifts in tax policy. We do not settle for what worked last year; we keep searching for the approach that minimises your burden and lets you decide on solid ground.
- COURSECourse
- Whenever a tax relief or government support programme changes, we check it against our bookkeeping clients and report back. Consulting does not end at design and execution — we keep monitoring afterwards.
- HARBORHarbor
- We are convinced that our clients' success is indistinguishable from our own. Putting that success ahead of short-term, piecemeal gain is the reason clients trust BADA.
Bookkeeping engagements — principles and process
- First
We aim to be an active partner in reducing your tax burden, not a passive filing agent.
- Second
We pursue courtesy and precision in every exchange. Instead of abstract answers, we give concrete, workable solutions.
- Third
We track amendments to the tax code and changes to support programmes closely, and tell you as they happen.
- Fourth
We actively review every available tax reduction and credit, and apply what fits.
- Fifth
We work with partners across accounting, law, corporate registry and labour matters so that issues are resolved in one place.
Consulting engagements — principles and process
- First
We pursue lawful tax planning only — never evasion or avoidance schemes. We do not propose plans that cannot actually be carried out.
- Second
We build the optimal plan across the whole body of tax law, from the Framework Act on National Taxes to the Restriction of Special Taxation Act.
- Third
We prepare more than one plan, with a Plan B and a Plan C ready.
- Fourth
We review the tax risk that comes with any plan up front, so the plan holds up.
- Fifth
We manage the full arc — design, execution, and follow-up after execution — as a single solution.
